Morellino di Scansano
Good with: roasted red meats, braised meats and grilled dishes, furry and feathered game
Chianti
Color: Ruby. Aroma: intensely vinous. Flavor: Harmonious, dry, fruity, slightly tannic.
When drunk young, it is adapted even to white meats; aged, it makes a good accompaniment for roasted, grilled meats game and dishes.
Chianti classico
Name given to the Chianti obtained in the oldest, which includes some municipalities in the province of Siena (Greve, Radda, Gaiole, and Castellina).
Riserva: Chianti wine that has been aged for at least three years.
Rosso di Montepulciano
Good accompaniment for initial dishes with meat sauces and for white and red meats.

It is adapted to consumption as aperitif and, because of its softness, it is a good accompaniment for starters and delicate preparations.

It is principally adapted to antipasti and fish
Color: Straw yellow Aroma: Fine and penetrating Flavor: Dry, harmonious, with a characteristic bitter aftertaste
